Hello, it's Andrea Guzman again. Welcome to another episode of Mommie2Be time. Today, I am going to talk about why the prenatal yoga. First of all, make sure that you can talk with your obstetrician before you even start to do any of this and also make sure you have a lot of water. Hopefully, this is going to re-energize you. For me, when I first started prenatal yoga, it helped my alignment because it was really off and also it just gives you some meditation time, and I know for fact it's helping me in hip flexor area, which I know for sure I am going to need during child birth. So, with that said, I do it twice a week right now in addition to my other exercises that I do, but I know there is a lot of benefits from it.
