Dr. Judi: We all go into the sun, we all have pigmented spots and we all get this kind of somewhat uneven skin tone as we age. Michael has got used to that word even though it's not a kind one. But I think, this is a perfect treatment that we want to do on her and it's called Photo Facial and this is actually an Israeli company who made this laser. It’s a called Syneron and what this machine does, it combines a technology called IPL which is a light, with some thing called radio frequency and radio frequency is electricity and basically they two gently facilitate each other and heat up the deeper layers of the skin and at the same time they are able to target some of the brown spots and they have some of the pink spots. The best thing is that it doesn't hurt and it doesn't look bad after and she she can go right back to work if she so desires which I don't know why she would, but she might. So that's basically as we are going to do about four or five treatments over a four or five month period, let me see for a second here. And then you notice there are some notice areas that tend to be prone to pimples which in women is very commonly on the chin. Then it's very good actually for treating those two, because it picks up on the red and brown and additionally it stimulates the skin to remodel itself to make new collagen. Now what that does it eliminates the fine lines and the fine wrinkles. I am going to basically use this machine and I will show you what it looks like. Just a little platform here, it's like a little foot piece that touches the skin and between these two pieces of metal the light and the radio frequency goes through and this is what's going to basically treat your skin and she is going to tell you how she feels, right. Female Speaker: Sure. Dr. Judi: So what we are going to do now is, we are going to turn on cold air which we use during the treatment and what I do is I blow the cold air on the same areas I am treating. I am about to start and what would be really good, if you turn your head all the way to your right. I am one who is not on the direction and don’t let me push you, okay, resist me. If I put this on the skin you know just push back. I am going to put this on the skin. Okay, ready and this is the cold air and I am going to just do it one time, and tell me if it's okay. Ready, start and go. How is that, I closed my eyes? Female Speaker: It's kind of like a rubber band snapping. Dr. Judi: Rubber band snapping. Okay, ready. What it does, it basically releases this light and radio frequency pulse into the skin and that go through the entire skin just like this, one after spot after the other and eventually over this number of treatment that we are going to do, this is going to end up even-out skin tone, getting out the red spots. Hopefully by stimulating new collagen production, getting a little bit of -- having an affect on the line.
