Schulman: Omega 3 is very good and it is actually another statement of — probably it will come out in the next three of four years from the American Academy of Pediatrics that everybody should be trying to increase their Omega 3 intake. It’s an essential fatty acid and it’s been shown to improve brain function, kidney function, liver function. It’s actually good for many things. The American Psychiatric Association are recommending for anybody who’s anxious to take high levels of Omega 3 about a thousand milligrams a day if they want a supplement, even more than that in an adult and we try to get them to eat olive oil, canola oil and fish oils, all kinds of fishes, salmon oil is very, very good. A piece of salmon is loaded with Omega 3. We have to improve those in a healthy diet now that it’s important.
