Are liquid calories drowning your diet? Is it quick, simple, easy super powerful, no-brainer strategy to help you lose weight, dump your liquid calories about 23% of the calories we consume in this country come from liquids. Primarily soda and our waist lines and our health are taking the beating as a result. Here is what we know.
