Well first of all it’s very important that before you take our lessons our classes you check with your doctor, your physician and once you are out of the problem area you can come and regenerate those tissues inside that are stuck or have gotten very hard because you did not move for a period of timel if you had a leg injury or if you had a back injury. First of all you get rid of the injury itself and when it’s healed then we start with the breathing and the exercises to stretch, to build core and to give you the relaxation and the healing that completes the other healing there are; the surgery or the cast if you had for sometime. So in that regards you have to make sure that your doctor says yes before you take your class. And also there are other types of healing that take place – your kidneys and everything that its eliminating waste the lymphatic system gets a little bit more activated with the yoga poses; definitely yes. And remember we do every movement with flow, with breathing and with stretching. So there is something very interesting that happens in your body.
