Let’s talk a little bit about holistic nutrition, holistic nutrition involves the concept of promoting hygiene, cleanliness through our food. Food had been use since ancient times as a medicine; one way that we relate to the earth in our environment is through the foods that we eat. Everything that is grown locally is a best quality for you because it can help to reduce the affect of allergens may have in your system. There is also this concept of inviting foods in order to taken the energy of the foods, everything has an energy and so just to as you taken vitamins from supplements it’s important to understand that the food you eat have an energy as well. All the plants in vegetables and fruits form that you eat are imbuement of sunlight, they transform sunlight into energy for you if you eat meat those animals eat plants that in turn transform sunlight into energy that you eat. So, the content of holistic nutrition involves understanding the affects that energy taken in the form of food has on your system and not only the affects it has in terms of the assimilation of the proper nutrients imbalance but harmonizing the relationship you have with your environment and with the earth in a healthy way by including foods that are balance in nature.
