Hello its Andrea Guzman again. Welcome to another episode of Mommie To Be time. This time I am in the kitchen to show you a healthy pregnant lady snack. You know what I want to eat? Let me show you. This is what I want to eat. You know what that is, one of those truffle pies from Clan Jipper. Now it'll be easy for me to eat this just because I came back from doing a little job, so really tempted. But I am not going to do that, what I am going to do is, I am going to come in here and set aside one of my other cravings. Basically sugar, carbs, sweet sour, look check it out. I am going to take some cantaloupe, I am going to take one of these Yoplaits. I happen to have a Yoplait light, I don't know what this is - it doesn't even matter actually, low peach. And I am just going to take some regular old cereal. First, I am going to take the cereal. No, not like a sugar cereal, more like a low fat corn flake type thing, special K is the best. Throw a little bit in there. Then I am going to put a little bit of cantaloupe and put that on top of that. In Spanish, we kind of call this a bianco, it's kind of like a bianco that not -- then I am going to pour some of this on top. Check it out! Believe it or not this is going to satisfy me in addition to maybe if I want like right after dinner, you still get hungry, you want to have another snack again, check it out! Butched up! Now you see yourself not great but I still want another low keg of sugar, check it out. I am going to cheat, not too much. I am going to put just a little bit of cool whip on it. This is if I am really getting desperate and I really need some sugar in there. Just put a little, run it on the top there. So check it out now I've got the best of both worlds.
