It was a primary care issue but it becomes important later on from a gynecologic perspective. It focused on breast health and down with health and pelvic area problems essentially and as far as breast health and it’s a question of whether it’s time to start mammograms or not or other x-rays on my opinion indicated in a high risk woman. They’ve done once that is pretty sure and afford but the pelvic exam is probably pretty much focused upon in the presence of cancer, the presence of any pre-cancerous conditions almost lots of uterine and over the conditions. They call these changes that made to be assessed such as tumors or growth or pain or things like that and basic GI problems like rectal health and things like that are also important.
