Fat loss nutrition tip 3 Buildmuscleandsicpackabs.com This is Jimmy Smith in buildmuscleandsixpacksabs.com and I want to talk to you guys with my favorite salad. Very good for low fat, low carbohydrates diets, very high in protein, so our Mexican Protein Salad. The basic ingredient is baby spinach, I actually love baby spinach I could eat it by itself. So were going to have that in a bowl and our protein is going to be made both of ground chicken and ground beef. I like the combination just different flavors, it’s seasoned with a seasoning salt, a Mexican seasoning salt very low in sodium, very low in fat, very low in carbohydrates, very healthy. Any kind of sea salt that you put on top those will work, were also making it as more nutrition and fiber it with broccoli, I love broccoli very antioxidant so if you try to loose body fat needs to know like you need to have more antioxidant compounds in your diet. Simply because when you’re loosing body fat cells that holds estrogen, the more fat you loose the more estrogen gets released into your body. You’re liver has really hard time processing estrogen. Broccoli or less supplements, foods like broccoli, kale is another green vegetable they contain that something that is called dim which is very good for letting in estrogen in your body. So let me throw that in, black beans another high protein source, I love beans fantastic. I like to get vary my protein sources, I like protein in chicken and beef most people are relying too much but don’t miss out. Beans have a completely different amino acid profile. Lot of complete amino acids in here so help it and throw then all together, I have a fourth of a cup of Mexican cheese. This is very low in fat it’s about 6g. for half of our fourth of a cup so that’s good and just sprinkle it in and just have a little flavor I mean I used the whole cup whenever I see fit you know like to use the whole thing. Mix it up a little bit, I have two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil here that I’m going to pour on and that’s my flavoring. So you’re not going to put I think of salad dressing on it and have two tablespoons of salsa, now the salsa all again very low in sodium, no fat, no carbohydrates and add more flavor. And pour it on and mix through the stuff here, fold that. Okay, I’m going to add the beef now and you guys know what’s in here. I like the combination of chicken and beef, I break in my broccoli just ripped it out with your hands. Here’s a little broccoli cooking tip, don’t cook it too high so cook it about in a medium or in the middle of the raw heat. Lot of people make the mistakes that they cook they’re broccoli way to high and it looses all the nutrition. Add some black beans in here, or we added the cheese, or we add the olive oil mix it up again make sure everything moves around and our on more cheese on the top, there we go, add some more salsa. This is really good guys, so again baby spinach leaves, beef, chicken, turkey, you could use whatever you want in there pour a little to top with sea salt on it. Broccoli ripped it up and throw it in, black beans I would say I did about maybe a half a cup of black beans or the less a fourth of a cup. Any type of cheese you like, we choose low fat cheese though and two tablespoons of natural olive oil. Throw it around, eat it, make sure you mixed it up have a little of that everything on the top and to the bottom and enjoy high protein full of fiber, very good for low carbohydrate diet.
