Blood is circulated more thoroughly to the extremities of your body. Bikram will help you strengthen, reshape, relax and ultimately heal. Each Bikram session lasts for about 90 minutes during this time you’ll complete the 26 Bikram positions. They’re done in a particular order that ensures no harm to muscles and ligaments. Because you’ll be sweating a lot be sure to start drinking more water a couple of days prior to starting glasses. Bikram is great for conditions of the circulatory system. If you have arteriosclerosis, high cholesterol or abnormal blood pressure daily bikram could put you back on track. Boxing Looking for a high intensity workout that has you on the go from start to finish boxing is not just for the likes of Russell Crowe and Mohammed Ali. Grab a partner and jab, hook, and uppercut your way to fitness. After a 10 minute warm up you will up the intensity for a full half an hour with combinations including footwork abdominal work. If you’re not strong don’t worry boxing is all about technique. The strength will come and swiftly. Boxing is a rapid way to note the front of your buns. Tone up your bottom and quads and increase your cardiovascular fitness and don’t worry you won’t turn in to the incredible bulk. The high repetition with movements based on your own physical resistance will ensure a lean toned feline physique. You can box with a partner or by yourself with a boxing bag. You’ll need some well fitted gloves and some tape for your knuckles and maybe a punching mate if you’re working with someone else. Wear some light comfortable clothes because you will get hurt. Remember you will be moving the whole time if you’re not throwing a punch, you will be ducking and wading. Boxing is a fantastic way to increase your agility, coordination, reflexes and fitness.
