Male Speaker: Standing upright, lean against the solid object and place one foot as far from the object as it's comfortable. Make sure that your toes are pacing forward and that your heels are on the ground. Keep your back leg straight and lean against the object. Hold that position for several seconds. Relax. Change position and repeat with the other leg.
