Male Speaker: Standing upright, lean against to solid object and place one foot behind the other. Make sure that your toes are facing forward and that your heels are on the ground. Bend your back leg and lean toward the object. Hold that position for several seconds. Relax. Change position and repeat with the opposite leg.
