Big events always seem to sneak up fast and when you want to look your best, whether it's for the holidays, a wedding, or beautification, you need a routine that will get you fit in a hurry. This metabolism boosting workout will help you look and feel fabulous in no time. Do the following circuit three times in a row, moving immediately from one exercise to the next with little to no rest in between moves. For the best benefits do the total routine three times a week on nine consecutive days. You'll need two sets of dumbbells for this workout, one light pair about five to ten pounds and a second heavier set about 10 to 15 pounds for some of the exercises. And for even faster results, include a cardio workout at least three days a week. Now let's get started!
