What were your fears going into your first lap-band procedure? Kelley: My fears—I’ll be hones with you, I have very few fears. I was tipped in the scale at 260, everything hurt on me, my joints, my knees, everything. And I really have done enough research where I have very fears. I was not worried about much. I have done all of my research. The second time I had the lap-band, I was scared out of my head and literally almost at one point when I flew in the San Diego getting ready to be picked up and taken over to Tijuana, I was just about—I almost fled. I was so fearful to go through all of the throwing up and all of the problems that I encountered the first time. I literally I almost didn’t go through. It truly was one of the most scariest experiences in my life. And thing I was fearful of that second time when I had the band was honestly just not wanting to be sick to my stomach and be sick all the time.
