This is the Knee Up Row. You are going to hold both ends of the band and the dumbbell in your right hand and step on the center of the band under your right foot. Bring your left foot behind you so just your toes are touching the ground and put your left hand on your hip. The right hand is down at your side, palm is facing in. Now, we are going to bring that dumbbell up toward your chest and lift that knee and balance as we bring that up into a row and then lower. Pull it up, the elbow comes out toward the side and resist against that band. Don't let it pull your arms down, keeping the abs nice and tight. This is working your shoulder, your back, your hip. Make sure it's nice and controlled. You want to do 10-12 reps of this move on each side and follow it with one minute of cardio.
