Music Playing Diet.com Presents KITCHEN RAIDERS Part 2 Female: Have you tried every diet out there and still not seen the results you want. Your home environment maybe the reason you cannot lose weight. Last time we clean out problem foods in Diet.com member Tiffany’s pantry. Now, we are tackling her refrigerator. Tiffany: Well now that we graded my pantry let us see what I had in my fridge. Female: Do not let full fat dressing, cheese or dips. Take up all the space in your fridge. Tack them away, hidden the back or just simply throw them out if you are serious about losing weight. Sarah: Now, we are over at Tiffany’s fridge and we are going to take a look. Now, when I first open it, the first thing I saw was this massive blue cheese dressing. Now, one thing that you want to do with your fridge you want to organize it so the first things you see are healthy options. Diet Tip #1 Strategically place healthy options in front so you are reminded they are readily available Female: Place healthy options in the front so they are the first things you see when you open up the door. Tiffany: So, you can look always in her fridge all university lunch cheese is on mozzarella pack. Sarah: Well, cheese in not necessary a bad thing. Female: Avoid full fat dairy products instead up for skim milk or string cheese. Sarah: For your major you want to fill with lean protein like dolly stuff of beef or prawn chicken. What I notice you actually do have – you got some nice grow lemon, pepper chicken in here which an excellent choice and you also got some slice turkey for sandwiches. Female: Most importantly stock up on lots of fruits and veggies. Prepare them right after you buy them. So they are easy and ready to eat. To save time buy pre cut or from the salad bar. Sarah: One thing that I notice is that there is a platter of fruits. He did in the back of to for refrigerator. Now, the wise decision will be to move it to the front. So that is one of the first things that you see. Female: Remember when grocery shopping sticks to the isles on the outer perimeters. This is where the healthiest food is located. Once you got your refrigerator filled with healthy and delicious options your diet will already be in better shape. For our last segment of kitchen raiders we will be invading Tiffany’s freezer.
