Speaker: Hi! I am here with tips on Halloween safety, there are two perspectives for Halloween. As of the host, you are going to have kids coming here, and as a parent, you'd probably have kids going out, and there are two ways to do this, in terms of being safe. If your child is going out, make sure they have a flashlight, make sure they are with a group, make sure they have a cut off time, make sure they are with a parent, if they are under the age of about ten. If you are hosting, make sure you have lights outside, and that when the kids come up to the house, they are coming up to a lit house. That shouldn't take away from your theme, if you've got some scary music on or you want to provide a little bit of atmosphere, just make sure it's all very well lit, and also that the cars on the street out there, are not driving at a 100 miles an hour. I know it's not your responsibility, but maybe as a group or collective in the neighborhood, you can kind of monitor that, and put a parent outside on the sidewalk, you guys take turns to just make sure the cars are now driving crazy around the area, other than that, have fun with it, enjoy your Halloween!
