Nicotine is more addictive than heroin. So even though, you're only smoking occasionally, it's still can impact your body. You're going to get the effects of smoking, stinky clothes, yellow teeth, bad breath and then long-term effects of lung cancer or heart attacks. So even just occasional smoking can still be additive and impact your body in a negative way.
