I have never seen a relationship between artificial and a native hip. My suspicion is that the pain in both cases is incredibly severe. The patient cannot walk. They can’t get to the phone. They can’t, somebody has got to dial 911 for you and you’ve got to get to an emergency room. Both are very intense. The dislocation of one’s native hip, the actual bone, is often associated with a fracture and a much greater trauma. So I would tend to say that that is going to be the more painful event.
