Is Loosing Weight Making you Happy? Absolutely not, Annie was deflated, a lot of times I view myself as I was still a caterpillar in my cocoon. I have not come out yet and now I view that I have come out of my cocoon and my wings are still kind of weak. I’m still flapping them around and learning to fill my way around, but you know what? That’s okay, it’s okay to start in your mid 20’s, its okay to start in your mid 30’s, I’m 35 right now and I am on fire. It’s okay to start on your 40’s and your 50’s. Where ever you’re at, take it and run with it.
