Female Speaker 1: Since being vegetarian, I noticed one of the things that struck me the most is when I brush my teeth, my gums don't bleed anymore and I also noticed my skin cleared up incredibly. I have people constantly commenting on my clear skin, which is amazing because before I had a lot of acne and a lot of blotches on my face. I also no longer have heart burn. I no longer have bloating and also this type of irritation in my stomach. I had red bumps all over my skin, I mean, all over my arms and legs, that's gone. I know that my energy is better, I feel 20 years younger. My eyes are cleared up, my hair is thicker, my nails are clean and strong, I have incredible, boundless energy, like sometimes I feel like I am 15. Female Speaker 2: Since being vegetarian, I have experienced weight loss, I have a lot more energy, and I rarely get sick, and my skin glows. Female Speaker 3: Since the month has passed of me being vegetarian, I have noticed some slight changes in my health. For example, I feel like I'm processing food much easier and I'm going to the bathroom more efficiently. Also, I don't feel as tired as I used to. I think may be eating meat here and there just made a bit heavier in my system, so I just feel a bit lighter. I don't know if it's psychosomatic, but I just feel cleaner inside. Female Speaker 4: I've been a pretty healthy person all my life. I've never really struggled with any serious diseases, any chronic diseases, any lifestyle diseases. I've never had acne, except for a couple of minor breakouts every once in a while when I was younger. I've had very few visits to the doctor. If I did have hospital visits, it was because I slammed my finger in the car door, things like that. I've been able to exercise very regularly and I've never had any trouble with energy or anything like that. Male Speaker 1: Before I became a vegetarian, I noticed that I was really lethargic, I had mood swings, things like that. But since becoming a vegetarian, I've noticed that my mood has improved; I'm just a more upbeat person. My energy is much higher, I exercise much more and I have a drive to exercise, which is really great. I don't get sick very often. One thing I noticed, before I was a vegetarian, was that I would get sick quite a bit, but I really can't remember the last time I had some serious illness. Female Speaker 5: I'm very healthy, I've never had a weight problem. Doctors are often surprised that how quickly and easily I recover from illness or injury. I have a really high energy level: I teach very young children and parents are amazed at how easy it is for me to keep up with their kids. Female Speaker 6: I have been vegetarian for 20 years. I definitely don't think that has slowed me down at all. Actually, I am very healthy. Every since I was a kid, I have never been sick really. I don't have any chronic problems or conditions or anything. I had a perfect attendance all throughout high school actually. I am just rarely sick, just the common cold that everybody has but I recover very quickly. I feel like being vegetarian has kept me strong and energetic.
