You have over 7,000 nerve endings in your feet, and what I do as a reflexologist, I put acupressure on those points. There is no needles involved, just pressure. And when I touch a spot, and to the person in a chair, it's very painful. Sometimes they scream out a little bit. If it's very painful or very sore or very tender, what it's telling them is that, that part of the body that I am working on is not 100% healthy. And this is their clue to what something might be wrong. Now, what I cannot tell you is, to what degree it's not healthy. Whether it's 95% healthy and only 5% not healthy, that part I cannot tell you, but it's an indication, like if I touch this spot right here and she tells me that it's very painful, well, that is the reflex point for her breast and chest, so then she knows that, that area is not 100% healthy. A lot of times people come in with colds, their chest, their diaphragm, their bronchial, all that stuff is hurting them. And a lot of times people won't tell me what's wrong with them, and then when they ask me what I am working on, and I tell them, they start smiling and say, that's right, that's my problem. It just correlates. And they are amazed, that I can tell them down here, what's wrong with them up there, and then they go wow!
