Melanie Raposo: Hi everybody. I'm Melanie Raposo and welcome to mommy's minute. When you're interviewing for a Nanny, it's important to make sure they meet the following criteria. The Nanny must be able to do like house work, have a drivers license, be comfortable with your pet, if you have one, and be able to play and do fun activities with your childs. It's also important to contact references to see whether the Nanny had a positive impact on children in past jobs; also to see, if they were reliable and punctual. Most importantly take note of how the Nanny interacts with your child. It's usually a good idea to go with your gut feeling, call it mother's intervention.
