Intermediate Exercises for Endurance Hi my name is Jason Chiero and I'm a certified personal trainer. I’d like to talk to you today about a few exercises that you can do as an intermediate exerciser. First and foremost, we want to make sure that you maintain course stability throughout all of your movement patterns. The movement patterns that you should focus on are pushing, pulling, rotating, bending, squatting and lunging. I want to give you a few exercises that you might do. First, standing cable pulls or standing cable pushes or dead lifts or squatting with the stability ball on a wall. The final point is technique escape. If you cannot complete an exercise without proper technique, you should stop. And that is how I see it as a personal trainer and a fitness advocate. But I also like to recommend that you reach out to your local service or go to Google and type on List of Fitness Exercises for more details. Thank you for watching this video.
