Hi everybody! This is Dina from leg-exercises.com. Today, we're going to be doing inner thigh lift. This is a great exercise for you thighs and for your inner thigh. Maybe it's going to look a little bit easier for you, but when you start doing this exercise from the first try you can feel it. I am going to use today ankle weights to challenge myself, but you can use just your body weight and you can do it anyway you can do in house or at the gym. So we are going to lie down on that mat. You open your legs 90 degree up, keep your heel up to maximum as you can and lift your leg up, keep your opposite hip down. So if you can't open your leg 90 degree, try your best, maximum as you can and heel up, lifting your heel, keep your knees straight and lower your leg down. So your belly is down as well, because you want to keep your opposite hip down on the mat. Right there. It really works. A couple of more. Make sure your knee is straight and again it looks easy, but if you try, it's not. So I am going to show you little bit easier version. You can put your elbows back to support your upper body and I am going to use the other leg. Open leg out, heel up, and down. So in this version, it's a little bit easy, because you can support your upper back. You can stabilize your hip more in this position. Remember, try to open your leg as maximum as you can. You can feel stretch and burn. Let's do one more. This was tough. Remember, you always can challenge yourself to put an ankle weight if you feel you're doing exercise correctly. It was inner thigh lift. Thank you for watching at leg-exercises.com.
