Inner Thigh Leg Blast Hi, I'm Shaela Luter and I'm going to show you the Inner Thigh Leg blast. I’ll change some people’s lives and I want to change many more. This going to work those inner thighs and give them nice and sculpted and this for you advance people. So here we go. You’re going to lie on your side. Bring that right leg up. Going to bring that bottom leg flex that toe and we’re going to lift. Lift as high as you can go and lift. We’re going to ten repetitions and keep in nice and going. Good your doing great, keep lifting and lift, and lift and at the top just to make it more challenging, I’m going to pulse one, two, three, good, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine and ten. Good bring it down. Let's do it again. And up, one, and two, three, four, that’s good four more times four, three, two, and one good. And lets pulls at the top five, four, three, good two, one is going really shape that inner thigh and guys you can do this too, it’s a good way to stretch in the inner thigh and keep it nice and tight in your glutes. If you want some healthy legs, some healthy inner thighs and healthy body and that was our exercise.
