Male Speaker: We have a new step beyond the predigested formula to a much more digestive formula and these are like EleCare and Nutramigen AA. What would be justification going to these extremely expensive, I think they are about 35 to 40 dollars I can. So what will be the justification to go to that step? Martin D. Fried: Yes. There are two, one would be, if the child took a milk cow protein and had anaphylaxis and at least, we've seen that. We are seeing kids then end up in intensive Care Unit just from trying milk once. You don't want to then try a semi digestive formula that still have some foreign proteins. You want to go to a complete amino acid formula like EleCare, Nutramigen AA or Neocate. The other indication would be you've tried the predigested formulas that's still have a little bit of foreign protein in it and the blood and the stool won't go away and other symptoms are not going away. Then, you need to go to a completely amino acid based formula that has no cow milk protein in it.
