In-Out Squat Jumps Exercise Hi my name is Susannah Windell. And I'm from Los Angeles California and the exercise I'm going to demonstrate for you today is a squat jump. The jump squat is working the total body. Ladies this is going to tone your whole back side, your thighs and your calves. It’s working cardiovascular, it’s working the legs, your husband will love you for it and you got a hold of those abdominals together. Let’s start with feet together hands on the hips. We’re going to come down to bending in the hips and knees. Take a deep breath and jump it out, jump it in and out and in. Good as high as you can that’s it. Make sure that you’re holding your abdominals tight, that you really in toe ball heel and let your heel come down in between each repetition. Keep the knees over the toes, easy in the joint. You’re doing this exercise correctly if you’re maintaining the tightness in your abdominals and you feel the burn in your tights and your bootie. It’s a great interval workout, it’s going to get your heart rate up and if you’re out of breath it’s time to stop. Great keep that up and you can wear a short shorts too.
