Host: How can I improve my relaxation skills? Jeannette Bessinger: The best way to improve your relaxation skills is practice. There are several forms of relaxation that you can actually get some training in, such as meditation or a guided conscious relaxation. If you want to use your body, if you don t sit still very easily then you might try a form of exercise that has a mind body connection such as yoga or a martial arts like Choi Kwang or Tai Chi.
