Host: How can I improve my digestion? Jeannette Bessinger: One of the simplest and most practical ways to begin improving your digestion almost immediately is to chew your food very thoroughly. By that I mean, slow down your eating pace. If you take each bite of food and you chew it between 15 and 20 times, you will find that that food has been broken down more properly for absorption through your digestion.
