Dawn Forgione: It all started when I was about 22 years old when I was diagnosed with three cancers. I decided then and I always was very athletic and I was pretty conscious about how I ate but then I really opted it out and I really was very conscious about going to my doctors regularly, meet my gynecologist. My secret to good health is really sting on top of things and that’s what really helped me. Since that time that I had displeasure, I had that again, I had breast cancer, I had skin cancer, and I just two hip replacements this year. I really love inspiring other people. When people like, you all can believe I just got a new hip six weeks ago but I did and that makes me feel so good because there might be someone out there that has been walking around with a cane for three years because they are afraid to go through it but they see me and I call the doctor and stay positive. I’ve earned to everything in moderation. I’m really into a raw food diet but I’m not a hundred percent raw food eater anymore but like I said, I mean I eat a little bit of everything except the olives. And then I got involved in a lot of charities are probably greatest one now is the American Cancer Society because I’m a survivor and I was very fortunate that my cancer was at stage zero and diagnosed to a mammogram because I was going regularly and so I want to share that story with other women. I feel very grateful to be alive and to have what I have and I share that message everyday. I really do.
