Today we will be using Autosol metal polish to polish car rims with a buffing ball. For polishing this wheel of about pick up truck we are going to use Autosol polish. We will take it right out of the tube and it is not a toxic polisher I think but I use nitro gloves only because it helps me do apply the polish nice and evenly and I do not waste it if you will use it on a cloth, you tend to go through it a little bit more. And you just put it even way deep in there because we are going to buff it off with a ball after and you will notice how deep that goes in. So we are just going to apply it and continue on going. And in tough to reach areas you can actually use a brush that is a horse hair brush like this full of brush and then you can get it right into the little areas around the log knots. And then we will take the buffing ball, we will start very slowly and the reason we do that is so that the polish does not splatter. And that helps to apply it evenly. And the ball will take the shape of the opening that we are going in so watch this and notice how deep it goes in. And then we will finish off with a micro fiber cloth and we will just polish to a nice high shine. All these products are available at our website winterbrookfarmantiques.com and that will include the micro fiber cloths, the detailed brushes, the Autosol metal polish as well as the buffing ball.
