Andrea Beaman: When you're eating out in the restaurant you want to have dessert. Come on, who doesn't want to have dessert? But sometimes there is just too much sugar, there is too much fruit and you get stressed out about dessert. Like if you get stressed out about dessert, it releases Cortisol which is stress hormone. So if I'm going to myself, oh I ate this dessert, I'm going to get fat, I'm going to need to do seven miles, right. Then that dessert will linger in me longer because I stress out about but if you chill out and you enjoy the dessert and split it with a friend, invite a friend out to dinner, well then you get half the calories and twice the fun. So we ordered a couple of desserts. The first one is for, when we want to be good, we ordered berries. Now, this is a wonderful dessert but look -- Donna Sonkin: you always put the chocolates in front of me. It's all because it’s right here. Andrea Beaman: Where are you going with that? So this is when you want to be good, but if you don't want to be good like most people don't want to be good, well then we go right for the Chocolate dessert. Now I like to bring my friend Donna Sonkin out to eat with me because -- Donna Sonkin: I am a good eater. Andrea Beaman: She is a good eater, and she always gives me the bigger half of the dessert. Donna Sonkin: Is that true? Andrea Beaman: Well, we're going to find out. On guard, stay away from my dessert. Donna Sonkin: You stay from my dessert. Andrea Beaman: So, go out, have your dessert, enjoy it and savor every mouthful!
