Fat loss nutrition tip 4 buildmusclessixpackabs.com What’s up guys Jimmy from buildmusclessixpackabs.com. We’ll show you guys for what I typically have for breakfast. It is about twice a week very high in protein, very low in fat, virtually no carbohydrates. So first the base of it I have five egg whites in here and one whole egg. Dump in on a pan that’s covered in olive oil too that’s also important to know and you guys can’t see but I’m cooking it half way. I’m not cooking it all the way high olive oil is a very low smoke point so that means if you cook very hot for a long time, it looses virtually all of it’s benefits, that is mostly you don’t know about olive oil. So five egg whites and one whole egg, one way of one whole, a lot of you like to say that they don’t eat the whole simply because it has a lot of cholesterol, its not really true. Whole eggs have the majority of the enzymes, digestive enzymes in their need of digestive protein. So let’s just cook for a little bit, sure you guys mostly have, I used four mix kind of cheeses because I like a different flavor, it’s all low fat. So a fourth of a cup is about 9g of fat, so it s not that bad. I’ll just get my measuring cup real quick, so that’s how that the composition of the cheese and this is a turkey chilly. Just ground turkey, the same ways you cook any of the chilly and I’ll throw this on the bottom and this does have beans in it too, you don’t have to make it beans, I like the essential protein from the beans that different branching in amino acid complex on it. So let just say cook this four minute down. Now we’ll throw the beans in, in the chilly in about half way until it’s done. Now were throwing it initially with eggs gets cook and we only throw it in for about 30 seconds. So let me take out the cheese now, cheese and the measuring stick, measuring cup. And notice how I poured over my eggs, as you guys may not be able to have seen on the camera, I’ve loss some of the cheese when I was pouring but I lot it into omelet. So that’s good for two reasons. A, it’s not on the floor so I have to clean a lot. And B, I have then adjusted with what I was doing to my measuring cup, so I didn’t fill it all the way to the top and knowing that already have some of the omelet. So again olive oil, now you can use the olive oil spray. I don’t know if pans makes one. I just used regular old school olive oil. Throw one teaspoon in, mix it around called the plate so it doesn’t stick. So were about to throw the chilly in, okay so this is almost cooked and now I’m going to throw two tablespoons. Heaping tablespoons of chilly that’s all that I like or you can make it usually your digression. I just put them here to get warm, have a mixing and a little bit of flavor, mix it around and I’m going to throw in my cheese. Okay I didn’t use a lot of lot of entire cup. It’s not the prettiest looking like, if I was a chef I would get fired for how this looks, it‘s an omelet right, so we fold it over the chilly is supposed to be in it. This is a big heap of mess and this is how I personally cook. I hope you’re a better cook than I, so you can actually make it look attractive, I mean I wound not have a day over for eggs in making this you know. But—so let’s get a plate, shoot that off, dump it on a plate, very, very high you guys can’t see me talking about that was like. Very, very high in protein, this is the final view of it. It’s not pretty it doesn’t look good but this is delicious and again if you are a better cook than I you will be okay.
