How to Make Berry Smoothie Check this out, we’re going to have a smoothie. Every morning is going to start out of smoothie right? I start my morning out with a smoothie, and so should you, this has a little twist, okay? It’s got tofu, the dreaded tofu, but the upside? Doesn’t have any sugar, might have a little fruit sugar in it, that’s going to sustain you. Doesn’t have any processed sugar in it all. So let’s get started with this, first thing we’re going to do, hopefully you got one of these, this is called the blender, you don’t—well these recipes. probably not for you. We’re going to add a couple, couple cups of ice, and this is unsweetened coconut milk, and you can get this at the store, it’s pretty easy to get. Just add that, then we’re going to add a couple drops, of actually coconut extract, you can get that at the store too, it’s pretty easy to get. Then we’re going to add the dreaded tofu but this is silken tofu so don’t get firm tofu or extra firm tofu, get the silken tofu because it’s nice and soft and it’s almost like yogurt, except it doesn’t have any berry. So we’re going to add that, then what we’re going to add some Stevia, and we’re going to add one, two, we’re going to add three scoops of Stevia to it, it’s all you need, this is between 200 and 300 times sweeter than sugar, doesn’t have any calories or carbs. Excellent, excellent source of sweetness and we’re going to add some berries, and what I’ve got here is I’ve got black berries, I’ve got cherries, here I want to show you right here, I’ve got black berries and cherries, I’ve got some raspberries in there, some blue berries that are really high in anti oxidants, really, really good for you. Doesn’t have a lot of sugar either, berries are pretty low in sugar. And then we’ve got some protein powder, this is going to bring the protein up to about twenty five grams, it’s a lot of protein, so you keep your day going. Now we have all the ingredients mixed in. Let’s fire this baby up. Mate, you might find that it sticks a little once in a while so don’t be afraid to add a little bit of water to it, just a little bit like, maybe a couple, couple of tablespoons of water and let’s go ahead and fire that back up. There we go. Come on. And then let that blend for, you know, maybe a minute, so it looks like it’s ready to be, ready to be, how looks pretty good, I’m going to let that go right there. Then, all I got to do is take the top off, oh yeah, one tropical smoothie, made with tofu, no processed sugar, super high in protein, and best of all, it’s delicious. And what we’re going to do is we’re going to go ahead and garnish it, with a fresh strawberry. And that is how you should start your day.
