Hi I'm Eric Greenspan, Chef and Owner of The Foundry on Melrose on Hollywood California where I’m bringing you your leisure style seeker, edible cocktails. And what is an edible cocktail? An edible cocktail is sort of a play on your favorite jello shooter from college and we’re doing and apple-berry float. So in order to make this what you’re going to need are some fresh raspberries, apples jelly, Chambord or any raspberry liqueur, calvados or an apple brandy, Chambord ice cream and some graded apple peel. Start with a little raspberry and then we’re going to take apple jelly, once we do that we’ll take our liqueurs and then kind of mix them. So we’ll start at the very component which is a Chambord liqueur which is raspberry flavored and then a little bit of the calvados. Now to kind of finish this shooter what I’d like to do is Chambord ice cream which is something we make in house here. And then finally what I’d like to do is take an apple and put that on top of the end. And what you have is an appleberry float. That’s your leisure style seeker.
