Instead of using a store bought pie crust, make this quick graham cracker version for a 175 fewer calories, all you need are two 2 ½ inch graham cracker squares, 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed and 3 tablespoons of — crash it all together in a bowl and then just spread it on the bottom of your pie tin or use muffin cups for instant portion control.
