What's up? I've got a brand new segment for you guys. It's going to weekly segment called The Mail Bag. What I want to do is take three or four really good questions that you guys submit through YouTube or Facebook or MySpace or through the undergroundwellness.com form, and I am going to bring them on here and I am going to answer them live for you guys on video. So if you have any questions, be sure to submit them. Also give me approval to use your name if that's cool or if it's not cool. First one, just a quick question. If you convince the vegetarian to eat bacon with their diet, would that be a big help or not? Well, first and foremost, I am not trying to convert vegetarians at all, here that's not my thing. However, if I was trying to convert someone, pork bacon will be the last thing that I would ever convince them or try to recommend to them. And the reason why is because, I take a class at The Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation, it's taught by a very smart, well-researched, well-connected man and he's told us the story several times about four different researchers around the world, don't even know each other, who analyze blood using something called Dark Field Microscopy and they find that, when they have someone or they feed someone pork and then they look at their blood, their blood starts to look like the blood of a cancer patient. So that's just more than a coincidence for me, and that's more than enough to convince me that may be I shouldn't be eating pork, may be we shouldn't be eating pork. So that's why I avoid it every once in a long while, I might have a piece of bacon, but it's definitely not something that I recommend my enemies, okay. Next up, this came from the forum. What do you guys think of Sean's new video? He's talking about the Stress Making You FAT Video. I liked it, though I believe it's going to need a part two, it definitely needs a part two, it definitely needs a part three. It's not one of those things that you can fit into a ten-minute video. I am not sure about the use of steroids even though they are not steroids like body builders use like Windstrall or Diana Ball, I would never use steroids. That's the reason it took me so long to put that video up. I didn't want people to get the wrong idea about what natural, bio-identical hormone, precursor replacement is. First, it's not something that you want to mess around with, you do not want to play with your hormonal system and do not want people taking that information and saying, oh, Sean says okay for me to go buy some DHEA and me to start rubbing for progesterone cream for myself, that was not the point, alright. It was to inform you about adrenal fatigue, what it is, it is totally overlooked, it's a lot of people's problem, but you have to get tested, and you get tested and your practitioner will look at that and make a protocol for you based on your results. You can talk to the greatest endocrinologist in the world and they will all tell you that we know this much about the hormonal system. So how much you think you know? Do not mess with your hormonal system. Make sure you contact someone like me and I will help you out and give you more information about that, alright. Good, that was a good comment. I knew something like that was going to come up. Next one. Thanks for the Protein Shake video. I never thought to look at the ingredients before, I was shocked. Do you have any other suggestions on protein shakes besides the one that you mentioned? Yup, you guys know I love the Jay Robb shakes. Those are awesome shakes. Jarrow makes the shake, that Jarrow's. They make shakes that are great. I don't why they don't market them better like in body-building magazines because it would be one of the best ones you can take. They have an unflavored one and so you can have that, you can flavor it with your own sweet leaf stevia droppers, that's a great flavor right there. You can get the chocolate, the butter top, you can just make your own flavor
