Ask Dan & Jennifer Sex, Love & Dating Advice And please rate our show Give us 5 stars Dan: Today on Ask Dan & Jennifer, how to improve your sexual fitness? How to have really great sex? Right. Jennifer: We all want that. Dan: Yes, we all probably do I say, can you know what? You want to have really great sex? You want to go longer? You want to really enjoy it, not get tired, not get achy, not get pain where you walk like this the next day, you know. What do you do? Well you know what? Less junk and you work out regularly and just take better care of your body, because we don’t— Jennifer: Sorry if you're hoping to some super secret quick fix guys but— Dan: But you know it can be a quick fix, it’s not hard to do a little exercise, people think I got to go to the gym, I got to look for 3 hours, that’s working out, “Oh that didn’t work out, oh well.” Jennifer: How about this, commit to 15 minutes of exercise 3 times a week. Dan: That sort of thing, seriously. Jennifer: Get your heart weight out. Dan: Some exercise for your body and you got to pile on the potato chips and all that junk right? Jennifer: No. Dan: No. Less crap in the machine, you got an amazing machine but let’s crack in it, we all struggle with that. Jennifer: I saw an interview, I think it was Matthew McConaughey one time I was reading, I don’t know what I was doing. But any way, he talked about–he tries to break a sweat everyday. I doesn’t matter what he’s doing, he’s just trying to do something to break a sweat everyday. Dan: Especially a lot to them, we sit our butt most of the day. We sit there all day long, work on a computer, answering this, doing that, email. Jennifer: Well and there is a thing for sexual fitness okay. Focus on your core muscles, strengthen your core muscles, your leg muscles, your abdominals, the ones that really give you balance and stability. That muscles that you actually use when you're having an orgasm, things like that. Work those core muscles and try to push yourself okay. Start with 5 minutes, 15 minutes, whatever, but keep trying to push yourself because it will be worth it in the end. Dan: Just whatever you do, don’t plan that really awesome, amazing, spectacular work out routine that you do once and never do again, that sucks. That’s totally worth less. Jennifer: And little bit everyday is far better. Dan: And don’t plan this incredible diet to loose all this weight that you’ll never do. You know, you’re going to gain so much more by making a minor lifestyle change, cutting out the potato chips, cutting out this, adding one vegetable a day, minor changes, you're going to get a lot more benefit from them than massive changes that shoot you back to where you were a month later.
