Male 1: For your partner and there are a few things that you can do. One thing people do, it’s called the Valsalva maneuver and that is the same as burying down to have a bowel movement. And what you actually do and this works for some people is, you pretend like you’re going to have a bowel movement. That would kill it. Male 3: So it’s a kind of a straining feeling. Female: Yes. Male 2: Geez. Male 1: Do you want to demonstrate? Male 3: But try not to make a face. Male 2: But you got to do it without making the face, alright? Male 1: But really, you don’t need to make the face. It does work for some people and I don’t want to make a lie to this. The other thing you can do, we talk all the time about kegel exercise, they’re called your PC muscles, they're actually surrounds your pelvic region. And as a male, if you pretend like you’re stopping your urine, that sensation, stopping your urine. If you build those muscles up, do about 10 seconds of pretending like you’re stopping your urine. Do it during the day as exercises then sometimes when you’re about to reach climax, you take a break, you do that, I’m going to stop my urine, feeling. Male 2: And not right now. Male 1: And a lot of times it can prevent premature ejaculation. Female: Which is really important, because it can be really debilitating relationships and self-confidence and you know, so it’s important. Male 1: And look at this way, one of the reasons that men suffer from premature ejaculation is because they’re really turned on by their wives. Male 2: Yes. Male 1: So that’s not always a bad thing.
