Well I'm sorry to say you’ve been convicted of crimes against your stomach because of your avoidance of cooking and that its time to work them off. You’ve been convicted and its time for community service this is the way you work off the crimes against your stomach. First of all, eat purposely, sit down, bring back meal time whether it’s a dinner or meal time or even at your desk, sit down and eat purposely. Don’t eat on the run, don’t eat in the car, and don’t eat while you're doing three or four other things appreciate the food and that you will eventually appreciate better food. For breakfast time try some granola, try some fruit, whole grain toast, try and get away from this one handed on the go breakfast that usually leave them with a lot of salt and calories this are crimes against your stomach and that you’ll be able to work off. If you go to the grocery store at lunch like I mentioned that’s where the food is. That’s where the whole food is at the grocery store, it’s not at the fast food drive through, its not at the pizza place, its not at any of this other places, its at the grocery store. This is where you can get a salad, this is where a lot of grocery stores have prepared foods or prepared sandwiches. Or what I do a lot of times is whole fruit juice and granola bars they have really nice full grain nuts, almonds, things like that I love them and they add juices go to the grocery store instead of the drive through at lunch. This will help you work off some of the crimes against your stomach. And at dinner time practice simple, basic cooking methods don’t take on complicated recipes with ingredients that you don’t know, ingredients you can find, don’t understand, you don’t know what's to substitute this that you don’t know what medium heat means. Practice basic cooking methods instead of complicated recipes and this will be so much better than somebody ringing your doorbell with your dinner. When you cook better food you’ll crave better food, you’ll sleep better, your anxiety level falls and so much of this tied to getting rid of fear of cooking and learning to cook with basic cooking methods.
