How a Supportive Culture Enables Business Success - Audrey Parker Erik Michielsen: What have you learned about building a support of work environment and culture? Audrey Parker: I've learn that it's an incredibly important building block in component in a thriving, growing company. And the organizations where I’d interned and worked before I helped startup this company, I had always sense that culture or something, it's pretty hard to quantify, it hard to put in to word and yet it's so critical, it's the water that you swim in, so to speak. And so to keep it clear and vibrant and fun, positive work environment, it's been something from the very beginning, I've been very passionate about protecting and developing, and cultivating to make it even stronger and to make sure that within our company, our employees feel valued, our employees feel like the contribution that they are making is recognized. And the credit is give to where it's due, that we worked hard and we care about the work that we do, we make sure that we get results for our clients and that that’s we’re all here to do. And we can enjoy each other, we can have a good time together, we can trust each other, and that’s been a huge component to our culture as well, this feeling of enjoying working together on teams, we’re really all moving toward a common goal and everyone is willing and able and welcome to participate to reach it. And as a direct result of that I believe we’ve been very successful in retraining our employees.
