[Music Playing] Sarah: Hi everyone, welcome to the 3rd part of the Holiday Party Survival guide. Now we are going to take a look on what drinks makes the naughty list, and which ones are your best bets. The drinks that made this year naughty list were eggnog and peppermint hot chocolate. Both are going to run you about 350 calories. That is enough to run three miles. Katrina: Really? Sarah: Yes, whole price of two persons. Oh! And Baileys, a shot of Baileys can be a 150 calories and 7 grams of fats, so I am going to try this Baileys for that, for the holidays. Katrina: And then --gross!. And then rounding up our top people on the naughty list, is apple cider which is 150 calories per serving and then most people are trying to add one, two or something which will tackle on the whole another hundred calories. So those are our naughty list. I never knew eggnog was so bad for you. I never had it in my life and I do not plan on having it. So, anyway moving on to the good list. Number one on our good list is champagne, one of my personal favorites. For serving it is only 120 calories, and it is refreshing in the list. Coming in at number two in our good list is red wine, if you have a choice between white wine and red wine, red is always your better choice. It does not --like your blood sugar level, it is good for you and it tastes delicious. Sarah: And it is also about 120 calories per serving. And be careful to, because a lot of people tend to over pour, I mean if you want the extra, that is fine, but just know that it is going to be more than 120 calories. So it is based on ounces and a serving of wine is for. Katrina: Last but not the least on our good list, for what to drink on a holiday party is a vodka and diet soda, or just soda water. Here, we have diet tonic, and mix together with a shot of vodka. It is only going to be a hundred calories. However, I will warn you that it has shown in studies that you do get drunker quicker if you have a calorie free mixer, so be careful – Sarah: Drink slow. Katrina: And slow, have a glass of water after every beverage and you will be okay and do not forget to eat food. So that wraps about for our holiday party survival guide.
