Gym workouts without crunches, this is the first exercise plan I know of that purposely does not include the dreaded crunch exercise for for toning abs and getting a six pack.

Hi, my name is Tim Goodwin and this TheGymWorkouts.com. What we are going to show you today our ZERO crunch workout. ZERO crunch workout is basically all your workout plans without any crunches simple really. I am going to show you myself – how can I describe such a nemesis of the machine. This is probably the most over used machine in the gym today. I am actually spin this camera so that you can actually see. That sits there. It is the crunch machine. Most used than all on many other machine in the whole gym. I am going to see you how to use it about actually I want to show you how it used. About another one you see actually use one, here is a strap yourself in and go for it the kind of machine. [Demo] Grab myself in my shoulders. [Demo] Squeeze, it forwards. Drop is worst form I can possibly do. I hate here, it is quickly guess when use that much. See crunches are not ready what they crack it is up to be. They are not going to reduce the fats from here. They are not going to help to such a small strip muscles down there anyway. It is not going to give you the benefit that you are looking for.
