Travis: I have to confess I want to move on to dinner and everyone who watches our show knows that I love pizza and pizza isn’t so much unhealthy as how you make the pizza it can be unhealthy. So what we’re going to here is we’re going to try out and replicate this dinner is I believe its Pizza Hut’s supreme pan pizza, right? David: You’re talking about 2 slices 800 calories, a lot of fats, so what we’re going to do is do it on our own for again 500 fewer calories and we’re going to use toppings that are really healthful and you do it in 20 minutes. I mean you would have to get in your car drive away for the delivery guy to deliver the pizza that taste like the card board box in, no more. You guys are totally sorted out. so you’re going to come here the loaded pizza’s 300 calories, its 14 grams of fat, its 6 grams of saturated fat versus you know the 1780 milligrams of sodium that you’d be getting in 2 slices of this Pizza Hut pizza. Travis: And you know what making pizza as a couple you have the glass of white wine you’re doing it, you talked about that before but I love the fact you’re using whole wheat crust. That is something because I love pizza and I like to eat pizza I use whole wheat crust. You’ve taken a pizza that’s no way high in calories but the glycemic index on that is not good. David: Off the charts. Travis: Where as you got this low burning carbs and you make the pizza you got a lot of colors on it and voila, 15 minutes later. Pia: Oh my gosh it’s beautiful. Travis: You want to try it? Pia: Oh my god. David: How about I try it? Pia: You try this one. Travis: I try this one because I do love pizza. Pia: Wow, it looks great. David: So you’re placing the pepperoni with chicken sausage, you got artichoke arts. Pia: Where do you get this, where do you get the whole wheat’s pizza crust? David: In King of Boboli makes a great one. Pia: Really? David: And so you have the whole grain waffles, have the whole grain crust. Travis: This is awesome, you got to try some. It is so good and what great about this is you just have the right amount of cheese and not too much, its perfect blend, spicy. David: And now you’re loading it with vitamins and minerals and protein and fiber, which is all the stuff that you want to get the nutrients into your body and the junk out.
