Hi! I am Chris Freytag, Author of the Two Week Total Body Turnaround. Now, two weeks may not seem like a very long period of time, but it is long enough to start seeing great changes in your body. This workout is based on eccentric training, using slow moves that put emphasis and stress on your muscles in the lengthening phase of the movement. Like when you straighten your arms out after a bicep curl. Remember, don't rush to the workouts, really focus on your body and take your time. You'll be stronger and see great results in no time.
