Exercise Plan - Get Six-Pack Abs

Michelle Beaumont: Hi! I'm Michelle Beaumont with michellefitness.com and body mind fitness solutions. I'm here in Rockville, Maryland today at fitness first. I'm going to show you how to get six pack abs. Today, I'm going to show abdominal exercises while standing, standing crunches, standing front and cross over crunches. I'll also be showing abdominal exercises on the ball, basic half sit ups, pikes on the ball around the worlds, and also exercises on the mat. A half sit up with an alternation light knee lift, lift in hold at pauses, full sit ups with a medicine ball, side planks lift, advance rotation of planks, weighted side in center chops with ball, ego sit ups, low plank variations with high plank variations. Finally, in the gym environment, lower leg lifts on the incline, plate sit ups on the decline bench; machine crunches and cable cross over variations. You'll need a little bit of equipment to start; a mat, a resistor ball, a medicine ball, and one hand weight will do. At the end of your routine, you can go on gym floor and use the weighed abdominal machine, which can help you to achieve a deeper result. Before beginning your six pack ab routine, make sure that you do at least a five minutes warm up either, jump roping or pick any piece of cardio equipment in the gym; you can walk or jog, it doesn't matter. After you decide which routine that you'd like to follow; do one of each exercise and in between adding some type of cardio for five to fifteen minute intervals. You can pick any piece of equipment, use a jump rope, walk or jog, it doesn't matter. It'll accelerate your fat burning potential by elevating your heart rate and increasing your ability to burn more calories during your workout and shape in tone and firm the abdominal area. Before starting any fitness program, you should consult with your physician first especially, if you've had a C-section of any abdominal surgery. You may want to modify your routine or make sure that you do last reputations. Allow yourself to take your time and fill your way each and every movement. I'm a national level fitness authority.
