Get Fit Quickly for Spring Break WatchMojo.com Veronica: If you only have a couple of weeks until swimsuit season then this is the video for you. Hi I’m Veronica with WatchMojo.com and today we’re learning how to get fit and slip down quickly. Is it even possible to get fit quickly? Eric Saulnier: Trainer, X-Fi: Yes you can well you’re going to start it whatever fitness level you’re at and we’ll try to see improvements from there. If you make massive lifestyle changes hopefully you’ll see massive changes in your workouts in your body. Veronica: Now everybody wants that perfect body when they wear their bathing suits but there’s some realistic expectations to consider. Eric: I think a good ball is about a pound a week so trading for 10 weeks you probably lose about 10 pounds that allows for a little set back and sort of thing. So we’ll do a little dynamic prep. We’ll get the body moving and get a little bit of sweat going. Alright, so the first move we’ll just put the ball around the waist and try to jog down the grass. Change direction with the ball. Okay, next up let’s try to put it under the lakes a little bit by skip and back. Okay let me give you both balls and we’ll try some arm move. So this one left one arm down and this one and coming back we’ll try to open and close this way. Okay let’s do a couple without the balls and let’s try and do a lounge walk all the way to the other side and let’s jog backwards back to the other side. This is calorie burning exercise. We’ll get the heart rate up and it will get some force going in the fist as well and if ever you get in a fight in spring break you’ll be able to have these. You’re going to punch with your left like that so your knuckles are horizontal, right so then right hand this way. Okay so what we’re going to do is two lefts and then right so left, left, right okay and then we’re going to do a hook which is going to be down here. Your palm faces you so that way and then an uppercut which is going to be like you’re hitting me in the chin. Alright. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and duck, good and again, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and duck, 1,2, 3, 4, 5 so this is a big calorie burning move. We’re going to use the TRX. We’ll put one foot in here. We’re going to do lunges down low, also using a 12 pound cymbal touch the floor bring it up over head and jump up. Okay and we’ll try to do 10 repetitions of this touch the floor with the ball that’s it and bring it up overhead and jump up. That’s it. Now whichever leg is on fire goes back here so we got a lot of muscles working here. You have your legs doing lunges, your biceps and triceps when you’re lifting and throwing the ball and your abs trying to keep you stable. So we’re going to do something called ropies by using a boat shoot trying to burn a lot of calories so start with jumping back and do a push up, jump forward and lift this overhead. We’ll jump and turn around and the same on the other side, overhead jump and turn around. Let’s find out if you can do this. Overhead, turn around, down, back, push up and jump forward overhead jump and turn around, perfect. So it’s a good way to get fit. Be sure to do a little cool down at the end, let’s go do that.
