Nahid De Belegegnee: Welcome to good vibes. I’m going to show you how to fabulous make it we’ve got four stages and what my very first was in -- and I’ve been fed up lots of table and it was staring very well so I decided to have another one and the next one was in Cocamel. I’ve got one Fitzrovia and also in East Linton she sees one the newest one. How machine works and it’s working on a start with new ground but first is what message to what much harder than you would normally a stable ground. What’s happening is it works from the full effects so your brain keeps you falling and you’re engaging all this to a 10% of your muscle fibers and try to step of from falling and it gives a very, very strong workout without you realizing it which a lot and also because the standing on this stable ground your muscles are pretty much 360 degrees round I suppose to just on the one play. So you get to exercise lots of things at once. While I’m on the machine I’m consequently putting my belly button to my stomach as well so that’s creating really good course stability and strong core muscles. So it’s just that thing that really pretty working lots and lots of things all at the same time and that’s why you can condensed 25 minutes for a pretty work out. So I’m going to show you five key exercises that really helps to get mean to shake. Here we go. The very first one that I find work for me was working with the inner thighs, what I telling here is you’re keeping the tools and keeping the belly button pulled in quite tightly. Now you imagine you’ve got two bit string behind your knees and some of this pulling them back which you really engaging the bottom muscles. Now my buttocks lifted after that we can use it in the past late and I’m 40 so its really face of her that and then this one I’m going to show you actually it’s brilliant on switching on your good muscles so you bend, you have one leg in, one leg on the plate one, leg off and you twist across your body. Well that’s working on it and it’s really strengthening and all the muscles and your ankles, all that way at flat leg and working on the natural plain. All the muscles in the lateral plane. You may normally use the kind of moving towards the back towards the front and back but we very really exercise across the body and that can help to make everything per cup of it. So this is my hands is what name my glute. So you squeeze your butt muscles really, really tight then you’ll squeezing in and out with the unidentified and have your feet for its own but its harder if you have lift your toes up and that’s really, working and tighting up and keeping your stomach. But the best one that I found to my waist and pretty my problem area is this one and that’s one Jackie magazine is to tell you to do but you could do nothing but could do nothing but to do in the floor because which it tight too long the results we’re a bit slow and this on as you can see this part to me is lying on the plate working all these muscles and then it’s quite tough and the beauty of it is if you almost feel instantly working, this is a good one for biceps, squeeze your shoulders where its behind you putting in the belly button and again there’s a lots of variations on this and you can start slow motion sponge and to the side so again working on lateral plain, pulling your belly button in and giving the abdominal work out as well. It’s just a beauty of doing so many different exercising so many different parts of your body all at the same that really appears. I think what’s so special about good vibes and the way I tell you it’s get coming back is that were small internet spaces and really great locations and you kind of buy sessions at one and use at any one of this two days making it really fit into your busy schedules and also we’ve got lots of great trainees here so you’re never left on your own and you’ve always got very good challenging workout.
