All the time I swear I'm asked if it’s okay to stretch or exercise on a pulled muscle. Of what you’re doing affects the area of the muscles pole then absolutely not, you have to rest until it completely heals. Just let me remind you I happen to be in episode 14 when I kept running on and stretching a pulled muscle. A wonderful resting posture is the crocodile pose. Now when I did some research online about this term, there are many different variations of the crocodile pose even some matter not resting poses. Think I'm going to nice and quite here hip distance to taking the elbows are friend Hugh Grant that would help us with the hand. And just rest your forehead on your arms. Please, don’t make the same mistakes that I did, if you have a pulled muscle, rest. I’m begging you, rest, do it for me. I don’t have much time, Lost starts in five minutes, please, please if you feel a pulled muscle just take a break, do it for me. These variation of crocodile pose calms the nervous system down by deepening the breath, you’ll notice that when your forehead is down. And you breathe automatically into your low belly which helps calm you down. It also relaxes the muscles and it is a great alternative to shubasha and for some reason, you’re uncomfortable lying on your back. There you have it of course you can do with the pulled muscles but don’t let me catch you riding on it. Next week were we visit an arm balance and make it a little more challenging, so kind on the same but not, thanks for watching, I'm Dina Prios and you had just been exercised.
