I like half this muscle pole on my leg. Are there any exercises or stretches that can do for it? Hi, I'm Dina Prios and welcome to get exercise. All the time I swear I'm asked if it’s okay to stretch or exercise on a pulled muscle. Of what you’re doing affects the area of the muscles pole then absolutely not, you have to rest until it completely heals. Just let me remind you I happen to be in episode 14 when I kept running on and stretching a pulled muscle. A wonderful resting posture is the crocodile pose. Now when I did some research online about this term, there are many different variations of the crocodile pose even some matter not resting poses. Now let me show the one that I know other to the class, so come into lie down on your stomach and bring your feet wider.
